  • 1:1 Coaching

    Personal training or 1:1 coaching can be done in-person or virtually. These workouts will be 100% customized to you and guided by Kristina. Accountability and custom built workouts are also available.

  • classes

    All classes are designed to fit all fitness levels. Classes are small and have a cap of 3 people in them to allow more focus by Kristina. Each class is 1-hour and will challenge strength, cardio and build longevity.

  • Beginner Fitness Program

    Not sure where to start your fitness? Try our 6-Week Beginner Program. It has limited spots available so I can focus on YOU. Kristina will guide you through stability, core engagement, strength, injury prevention and even conditioning.

  • virtual nutrition coaching

    Coach Kristina will be your accountability buddy when it comes to nutrition. Nutrition can be overwhelming but Kristina will make it simple. She will learn your current eating habits and make recommendations based on the current FDA guidelines. Weekly check-ins and goals will be set and followed up by Kristina. Other coaching opportunities might arise when it comes to sleep and stress management as those all play a factor in overall wellness.
