Protein Packed Carrot Bars
Check out this super easy recipe to get your protein, veggies, and whole grain servings in!
Breakfast (or Snack) Carrot Bar
1 package baby carrots
6 eggs
3 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 cup protein oats (or other instant oats)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350.
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Pour into a parchment lined 9x13 baking dish. Cook for 35-40 minutes. Let cool and enjoy! Makes about 6 servings.
